Pay- Per-Click (PPC) Manager
Reports to: Head of Ecommerce

Role Overview:
Were looking for a results-driven PPC Manager to take full ownership of our paid search strategy and help accelerate our digital growth within the B2B and B2C sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI
Create compelling ad copy, test variations, and manage creative performance
Build and maintain campaign structures that support scalability and efficiency
Track and report on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
Collaborate with content, design, and wider marketing teams to align messaging and landing pages
Implement A/B tests across ads and landing pages to improve performance
Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging PPC strategies
Manage monthly budgets and forecast performance and create reports from this
Ensure accurate tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion pixels
What Were Looking For: 4+ Years experience in managing paid search campaigns for a vast portfolio of products
Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with measurable success
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms
Confident with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Strong copywriting skills and an eye for high-performing creative
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
Ability to manage budgets effectively and forecast performance
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Bonus: experience with e-commerce, lead generation funnels, or marketing automation tools
