We are working with a reputable law firm based in Belfast for a receptionist to join their team.
The Role:
Our client is seeking to recruit a part-time Receptionist for their South Belfast office, working 3–4 days per week from 9am to 5pm. The role will involve meeting and greeting clients, handling incoming calls, managing reception duties, and providing general administrative support.
In addition to reception responsibilities, the successful candidate will provide overflow typing support for a second, Belfast city centre office. Experience with audio typing, familiarity with family law, and knowledge of the ALB case management system would be advantageous.
Essential Criteria:
* Strong communication skills;
* A professional manner;
* Ability to work efficiently in a front-of-house environment;
* Family law experience desirable;
* Technically excellent;
