The Opportunity

We're seeking ambitious, self-motivated Digital Transformation Consultants to join our growing team. This role offers uncapped £100k+ earning potential through a generous commission structure, the flexibility to manage your own schedule, and the satisfaction of helping local restaurants succeed in today’s digital economy.

As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you’ll build relationships with business owners across the UK, identify their specific challenges, and demonstrate how Happy Chimps' unique approach can transform their businesses. You’ll be supported with comprehensive training, proven sales tools, and a passionate team that’s invested in your success.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and engage with business owners through self-sourced leads
* Conduct consultative needs assessments to understand specific business challenges
* Deliver compelling presentations demonstrating the benefits of the Happy Chimps platform and Happy Chimps Payments
* Calculate and present clear ROI projections for prospective clients
* Guide business owners through the decision-making process and digital transformation journey
* Facilitate smooth transitions to our implementation team
* Build lasting client relationships and maintain a personal portfolio
* Stay informed about restaurant industry trends and competitor offerings
* Provide ongoing feedback to improve our product and sales approach


What We're Looking For

* Self-motivation and drive to succeed in a commission-based role
* Experience in consultative B2B sales (experience in the restaurant/retail industry is a plus)
* Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping business owners
* Financial acumen to communicate ROI and value propositions effectively
* Comfort with technology and the ability to demonstrate software solutions
* Excellent time management and self-discipline
* A problem-solving mindset to identify challenges and present suitable solutions
* Resilience and persistence in navigating the sales process
* Professional presentation and confidence when speaking with business owners

The Ideal Candidate

You’re a self-starter who thrives when income is directly tied to your performance. You’re passionate about helping small businesses succeed and confident in engaging restaurant owners in meaningful conversations. You're comfortable working independently and motivated by the potential for substantial commission-based earnings.

Previous experience in restaurant technology, hospitality, retail or SaaS sales is a plus but not essential. We're looking for consultative sales ability, determination, and a genuine desire to support business owners.


Application Process

Successful candidates will be invited to an online training program, followed by a short skills assessment. Final shortlisted candidates will then complete a work-rights screening and, upon approval, will be issued a self-employment contract to join the Happy Chimps network.

Once onboarded, consultants will receive the necessary tools, business cards, and structured initial training, along with access to ongoing daily hop-in, hop-out clinics designed to support performance, hit targets, and maximise earning potential.
