This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering sales strategy, revenue targets, and an outstanding customer journey aligned with a reputation for quality and integrity.
You will:
* Lead and inspire multi-site sales teams to exceed performance targets
* Develop and execute sales strategy across a portfolio of high-value developments
* Drive pricing, forecasting, and sales velocity in line with market conditions
* Champion exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to completion
* Work closely with Marketing, Construction, and Finance to ensure successful scheme launches and sustained performance

* Proven senior sales leadership experience within residential London property development
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and margin targets
* Skilled in team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management
* Data-driven, strategic, and highly customer-focused
* Credible and confident operating at executive level
