Our client in Wake Forest is on the lookout for an HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone eager to support a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As the HR Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Onboarding new employees and facilitating a seamless transition into the company.
* Supporting employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
* Managing scheduling and compliance tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
* Providing general administrative support to both employees and leadership.
Your Schedule:
* Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
* Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Enjoy half-day Fridays!)
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
