This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful security company who specialise in Security / Access Control Systems to some of the largest Utility companies across the UK as part of the National Grid Technology Framework.
The Pre-Construction Support role will assist with the planning and coordination of pre-project activity to ensure projects are delivered on time and are cost-effective.
Role and Responsibilities
* • Provide crucial support to Pre Construction Coordinator and Project Delivery teams
* • Ensuring strict Adherence to industry standards, fostering a culture of compliance within our organisation
* • Document, and update all essential paperwork/compliance requirements
* • Support with pre-construction site surveys
* • Procure, and coordinate project management resources and equipment, such tools, skips, hygiene facilities, drinking water, site disposable materials etc
* • Assist to make sure that scope is delivered and variations highlighted
* • Analyse risks and opportunities
* • Communicate project status to all participants
* • Adherance to Health & Safety requirements, waste management and environmental controls
* • Production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements

* • Motivated self-starter, ability to work on own initiative
* • Methodical and organised, with good attention to detail
* • Excellent organisational, presentational and communication skills
* • Good problem Solving and analytical skills
