We are currently recruiting for a Van Driver based in Consett to support a busy logistics operation. This role involves covering 6 established routes across the UK, with each route averaging 400 miles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Multidrop driving across various UK locations
* Collection of test tubes from building sites and offices
* Ensuring timely and safe deliveries and collections
Working Pattern:
* Immediate start available
* Shifts available Monday to Friday
* Typically 3 to 5 shifts per week
* Flexibility on working days is essential
* 0730 starts shifts typically lasting 8-9 hours
Pay & Benefits:
* £12.75 per hour
* Weekly pay
* Potential for permanent contract for the right candidate
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in multidrop or long-distance driving preferred
* Good timekeeping and reliability
* Comfortable with long-distance travel and multiple stops
