Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Location: Staffordshire – commutable from Birmingham Contract: Full-time, permanent Shifts: Rota-based, including on-call responsibility About the Role We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a children’s residential home providing care for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and associated complex needs. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the home operates in line with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, the Quality Standards, and Ofsted expectations, while delivering high-quality, child-centred care.
