Job Summary
As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Duties
* Answering the telephone
* Responding to customer emails
* Producing Quotations
* Responding to verbal pricing requests and product information
* Dealing with estimating and customer service phone calls
* Liaising with our supplier on stock availability and deliveries
* Chasing customer deliveries
* Adding new products to our website
* Postage & Packaging of samples and products as required
* An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. Customer service specialist Equal to Level 3 (A level)
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: From £18,720.00 per year
