Role Overview
We are hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide remote psychiatric assessment, medication management, and ongoing care. The role combines clinical expertise with empathetic patient engagement — supporting members across the spectrum of mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans via telehealth
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications with appropriate monitoring
- Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other clinicians
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state licensure, and DEA requirements
- Participate in clinical case consultation and continuing education
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active PMHNP certification and state licensure (in compact states or relevant jurisdictions)
- Active DEA registration
- Master's or doctoral degree in nursing
- 2+ years post-certification psychiatric practice experience
- Strong telehealth experience
- Familiarity with EHR systems and e-prescribing platforms
