The Telford site is recruiting for a Shift Leader to oversee and develop the warehouse team.
This role aims to support Müller UK’s strategic vision through innovation and continuous improvement, managing systems, processes, and resources within the production unit to meet and exceed targets for volume, cost, quality, and safety.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a background in warehousing and manufacturing, and the ability to coach and develop teams.
Contract: Permanent / Full-time (42 hours)
Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (days and nights)
Location: Telford
