Bank Staff – ECTs & QTS Graduates Required
Start Date: September 2026
Pay Rate: £125 – £150 per day (dependent on experience and role)
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a recent graduate with QTS looking to gain valuable classroom experience across a variety of schools?
We are currently recruiting Bank Staff Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Liverpool in preparation for September starts.
Locations
We have opportunities in multiple areas, including:
* Speke
* Wavertree
* Prescot
* Kirkby
* Tuebrook
Our partner schools are based in a range of communities, offering diverse and rewarding teaching experiences.
Year Groups
Positions are available across:
* EYFS
* KS1
* KS2
This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, develop your teaching practice, and explore different school environments before committing to a long-term role.
The Roles
As part of our bank staff, you will:
* Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Step into a variety of classroom environments with confidence
* Provide day-to-day, short-term, and potential long-term cover
* Build relationships across multiple schools
* Gain invaluable experience to support your long-term career goals
This is an ideal route for ECTs to develop their teaching practice, as well as for graduates looking to gain consistent classroom exposure.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* ECTs and newly qualified teachers are strongly encouraged to apply
* A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils’ learning and development
