Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality drama lessons
* Inspire and motivate students to develop their creativity and confidence
* Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement drama curriculum
* Organize and direct school productions or drama club activities
* Stay updated on the latest drama teaching techniques and resources
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Previous experience teaching drama to primary or secondary students (minimum 2 years)
* Strong knowledge of drama curriculum and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities
* Proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning
* Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
