Aspire Jobs is partnering with our client at their Head Office. They are a growing group seeking an experienced Insurance Portfolio Manager to join their busy property team in Ringwood.
The successful candidate will have prior account handling experience in property insurance or general household insurance. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts related to insurance for blocks of flats, residential properties, and commercial properties.
The role involves working in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, with the option to work from home thereafter, following training and probation.

Job Description
You will develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships through new business, renewals, and adjustments. This includes client contact, preparing presentations, and managing office systems manually and digitally.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
* Achieve individual sales targets through new business acquisition and renewals, monitoring activity to maximize opportunities.
* Track and analyze progress, conversion rates for leads, appointments, quotes, and sales.
* Support sales incentives such as cross-selling, networking, and referrals.
Customer Service
* Maintain high customer service levels, aiming for at least 90% client satisfaction.
* Keep complaints below 1% per month.
* Respond to telephone inquiries promptly.
* Handle complaints within one working day, escalating unresolved issues to the compliance manager as needed.
Account Management
* Meet clients’ insurance and risk management needs satisfactorily.
* Send comprehensive market presentations and manage them to secure the best premiums and coverage.
* Inform clients of all relevant insurance matters promptly and accurately, presenting recommendations clearly.
* Follow administration procedures to produce and distribute documentation accurately.
* Record all client interactions thoroughly in manual and digital systems, keeping files up to date.
* Process renewals within FCA guidelines.
