We are seeking a Doctoral Researcher to conduct a crucial clinical validation study for the REMEDIER platform, our innovative AI-powered tool for respiratory diagnostics. This part-time role, requiring a maximum of 60 hours, involves testing and analysing the platform's performance using a set of de-identified CT scans. The primary objective is to validate the AI's accuracy in assisting with the diagnosis of lung cancer conditions, a key step in translating this technology into clinical practice. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in generating the evidence needed to demonstrate the platform's real-world potential.
The position involves travelling to one or two of our NHS partner sites to facilitate the data analysis and collaborate with clinical teams. You will be remunerated at the standard university hourly rate for your participation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to a cutting-edge project at the intersection of artificial intelligence and respiratory medicine.
Please note this is a casual post and is paid at an hourly rate.
To apply you must contact Professor Abdul Sadka at with your CV and a cover letter stating how your skills, knowledge and research experience fit the scope and requirements of this position
