You’ll work closely with multiple departments to deliver outstanding results for our clients. What you’ll do Directly manage up to 25 operational staff, including Supervisors, Civil Enforcement Officers and Maintenance Officers Lead and support on-street Supervisors and frontline teams Oversee all on-street operations and deliver all KPIs Manage staff rotas, holidays and overtime Monitor and develop staff performance to deliver best-in-class service Liaise with clients on operational performance Handle HR and payroll matters for your team Recruit staff in line with budgets Ensure the electric vehicle fleet is correctly maintained This role includes occasional weekend work.
