Working as part of the shops’ vibrant management team, the role entails: • Sorting, pricing and merchandising stock • Monitoring sales and profit against target • Managing a team of committed volunteers • Day to day Shop Management responsibilities About You A successful Bank Assistant Manager will have: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team • Previous management experience within a retail, fashion or charity organisation, although not essential • Commercial awareness and a desire to drive business forward For a full list of essential requirements, please refer to the job description and person specification document.
