At Fresh People we are recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant with Sage working knowledge to join a leading business within the telecoms sector based in Orpington. This is a fixed-term contract offering a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and professional finance team for a 3-6 month duration Key Responsibilities: * Processing and managing the Purchase Ledger * Managing the Sales Ledger and supporting credit control * Handling Cash Allocation and reconciling bank statements * Assisting with month-end financial processes * Ensuring accurate and timely financial record-keeping Requirements: * Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role * Strong working knowledge of Sage software * Solid understanding of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Cash Allocation processes * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills * Ability to manage deadlines and work independently * Confident communication and problem-solving abilities Contract Details: * Fixed Term Contract * Full-time, office-based in Orpington * £35,000 per annum If you’re looking for your next opportunity in finance and have the skills we’re looking for, you immediately available then we'd love to hear from you
