We're currently supporting a global organisation going through an exciting period of transformation who are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Leader to take ownership of finance service delivery across multiple regions - specifically banking, reconciliations, and outsourced finance operations.
This is a high-impact, senior role that combines strategic oversight with operational delivery, offering the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple countries while driving continuous improvement and automation.
Your Profile:
A qualified accountant
Proven experience leading complex finance operations in a global environment
Strong track record managing outsourced providers and cross-functional teams
Expertise across banking, reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting
A confident, change-oriented leader who can influence at a senior level
