About The Role
M Group Transport (Aviation) are excited to present this new opportunity for a talented Civil Engineer who is looking to be involved on a variety of challenging Engineering Projects. What will you be doing?
1. Support the Site Team at each stage of the project, including planning, documentation management, procurement, management of labour and sub-contractors
2. Ensuring excellent safety, standards and quality are maintained throughout the life cycle of the project
3. Being client focused, showing excellent understanding of the scope of works and managing expectations
4. Maintain excellent communication between all departments of the internal team and wider business units
About You
What you’ll bring:
5. Degree/ HND Qualified in Civil Engineering
6. Knowledge of the requirements of Health and Safety and Environmental Standards
7. Proven capability in delivering technical packages on civil engineering schemes
8. Proficient in the use of modern setting out instruments
9. A desire to progress career by gaining a professional qualification with ICE
10. Demonstrate M Group Transport values and behaviours
11. Good grasp of commercial responsibilities
12. High standard of presentation skills
13. Excellent attention to detail
14. Ability to interpret scopes, technical information and drawings
15. Good communications skills and ability to work well with other teams and departments at all levels both internally and externally, including client liaison
16. Excellent data management and Quality Control
17. Keep up to date with legislations and current industry standards
18. SMSTS or equivalent Site Management Training
19. Holder of CSCS accreditation
20. Full UK driving license
21. 5yr Traceable employment
