Qualifications
What you'll do as a General Manager...
* Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
* Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional experiences for customers.
* Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge to delight our customers.
* Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
* Please note that if successful, you will need to already have or be able to acquire a personal license.
What you'll bring...
* High standards and attention to detail in all aspects of pub management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills; great with people.
* Business acumen, with a keen eye for P&L control.
* Ability to embrace individuality, care for others, your pub, and the environment.
* Previous success at General Manager level is desirable, from hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced backgrounds; a positive attitude and outlook are essential.
* Keen to learn and motivated by success.
