I’m currently partnering with a global B2B distributor to hire an Sales Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales support or customer-facing experience to join a dynamic, international organisation and gain exposure to the pharmaceutical sector.
Working closely with Account and Development Managers, you’ll play a key role in supporting commercial activities, managing customer enquiries, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
The Role
* Provide administrative and operational support to Account / Development Managers
* Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries
* Support sales lead administration and follow-up activities
* Prepare quotes, manage opportunity pipelines, and track sales activity
* Coordinate product sample requests and follow up with customers
* Maintain accurate CRM data and sales reporting
* Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes
* Create Business Opportunities (BO), produce quotes and complete Follow Up Reports (FUR),
* ensuring timely action is taken to maintain the pipeline
About You
* Previous experience in sales support, account coordination, or customer service
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Analytical mindset with the ability to work with sales data
* Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment
