The Role
In this broad generalist role, you’ll provide day-to-day HR support while also contributing to ongoing transformation projects as HR processes move into a shared services model. You’ll partner with managers across the site, build strong relationships, and support both operational needs and longer-term people priorities.
Key responsibilities of the Associate HR Business Partner:
1. Supporting the integration and improvement of HR processes, with a focus on simplification and standardisation.
2. Partnering with managers to develop a people-first culture and align HR activity with business needs.
3. Providing generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
