Originate and execute mid-market M&A transactions Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and stakeholders Manage the full deal lifecycle from initial contact to close Mentor and lead a high-performing deal team Drive strategic growth initiatives across the Midlands region Represent the firm in market-facing activities and industry events Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in M&A Lead Advisory Proven track record of deal-closing and business development Strong network across the Midlands Commercial mindset and passion for supporting entrepreneurs Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with high standards of quality and precision Why Join
