We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Team Manager to join our team here at iBC Healthcare at one of our Leicester Supported Living locations in LE4
Requirements: A driving licence and previous care experience is needed for this specific role.
Contract: 40 hrs a week.
Pay: £13.65 an hour
Key responsibilities:
1. Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
2. Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
3. Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
4. Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
5. Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
6. Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
