Vanrath's client is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to lead our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality strategy across their Enniskillen site. This is a key leadership role ensuring compliance, fostering a culture of safety, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ policies, systems, and training programs.
* Lead risk assessments and mitigation strategies across all operational areas.
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Conduct incident investigations and deliver corrective and preventive actions.
* Champion environmental initiatives including waste reduction and energy efficiency.
* Prepare and present SHEQ performance reports to senior management.
* Promote best practice and continuous improvement through innovation and engagement.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' SHEQ management experience (manufacturing or quarry preferred but open to any industry )
* NEBOSH qualified
