Assist our experienced Sales Designers by providing administrative support. Place and track purchase orders, ensuring smooth project flow. Handle general filing and administrative duties to keep the office running efficiently. We are looking for someone who: Has exceptional customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations. Is a strong communicator with a clear and professional telephone manner. Thrives in a multitasking environment. Possesses a keen eye for detail and ensures accuracy in all tasks. Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
