Ability to navigate and address the commercial aspects of the higher education sector, ensuring alignment between academic and business objectives. A strong understanding of VLEs (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard) and their management. Proficient in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and skilled in using digital learning tools and platforms. Experienced in automation solutions, including Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath, to streamline and enhance workflow efficiency. Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Trello, or similar) Experience integrating AI tools into educational platforms and instructional design workflows What we do Kaplan Open Learning is one of the world’s largest and most experienced providers of online degree education.
