As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and advancing property transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct property viewings.
2. Generate new business opportunities.
3. Manage relationships with vendors and purchasers.
4. Negotiate and progress property transactions to completion.
Requirements:
5. Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
6. Ideally have experience in an estate agency.
7. Strong communication skills to build client relationships.
8. Ability to provide professional and efficient service both in person and via telephone.
