Account Manager - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We're looking for an experienced and confident Account Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for overseeing product approval processes-ensuring specifications, pack copy, and artwork move efficiently through the correct workflows.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading food retailers, providing day-to-day service delivery while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the main point of contact for a key client, managing service delivery and ensuring smooth project workflows
Coordinating internal teams to manage project capacity, capabilities, and priorities
Supporting client development by identifying opportunities to enhance and expand service provision
Leading client meetings, maintaining strong relationships, and providing expert guidance
Compiling performance reports and status updates for stakeholders
Managing client feedback and handling challenging conversations professionallyWhat's On Offer

At least 1 year of experience in account management or project management, ideally within FMCG or food retail
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital tools
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
