The Role
As our Senior Recruitment Team Leader, you will lead a high‑performing team of three consultants while maintaining your own billing desk. This is a dual‑focus role where your leadership abilities and personal revenue generation are equally valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of three recruitment consultants
* Drive new business development through your established network and proactive outreach
* Maintain a personal billing desk with focus on senior engineering technology placements

* Proven track record in technical recruitment, particularly within engineering sectors

* Experience managing and mentoring recruitment consultants
