Role Profile Exciting CRM Executive position available to join our Marketing team in Chester.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities The CRM Executive will support the CRM team to deliver multi-channel campaigns and journeys, that will engage both our holidaymakers and our property owners :
* Deliver email and app push campaigns, for multiple customer segments, using Automation Studio, Journey Builder and Mobile Studio in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Build and maintaining automated multi-channel journeys, for multiple customer segments, using SQL, Automation Studio and Journey Builder logic
* Conduct A/B testing to optimise conversion rates and other important metrics
* Create, deploy and maintain landing pages for customer promotions
* Manage various testing programme designed to optimise and improve campaigns and triggered journeys
* Campaign reporting – and identifying insights in the performance data to make improvements to campaigns and journeys.

The CRM exec will also have responsibility for the CRM team’s administrative duties, including the set up of customer promotions.

Your role includes identifying, sharing and spreading best practise throughout the business, and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
