Inside Sales Manager – Full Time, Permanent Position
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will handle inbound new business enquiries within B2B market sectors. Following the sales model to maximize opportunity, you will qualify new customer sales enquiries, either converting them into sales or passing them to a more appropriate team based on business size. The role includes managing incoming and outgoing sales calls, live chats, digital leads, and inbound emails, all while meeting objectives aligned with the Hygiene Sales strategy.
Areas of Responsibility
* Coordinate "New Business" enquiries for PHS Hygiene by qualifying prospect leads and directing them to the appropriate sales teams.
* Use Salesforce effectively to capture all customer information, ensuring a smooth transition for the customer.
* Identify customer needs and up-sell opportunities to maximize sales for new customers within the Inside Sales Team responsibilities.
* Handle new business enquiries and explore up-sell opportunities for ‘PHS House Accounts’.
* Focus on the quality and efficiency of leads and sales activities, not just quantity.
* Follow up on quotations within an SLA of 72 hours to close sales over the phone.
* Pass sales leads to relevant teams as required.
* Accurately forecast and meet revenue targets.
* Use the CRM system to record, manage, and develop opportunities.
