CreditSights is currently seeking a Covenant Research Associate based out of our Glasgow office

You'll collaborate with a team of seasoned analysts, delivering critical intelligence that helps clients navigate complex financial markets. How You’ll Make an Impact:

1. Review and analyse high-yield bond and loan documentation, as well as related reports
2. Support senior team members with document procurement, special research projects, and running blacklines
3. Perform quality assurance and refine data extracted by artificial intelligence tools
4. Collaborate with internal analysts and product specialists to deliver high-quality research
5. Provide administrative support to research teams, including data entry and record management
6. Manage access permissions for confidential documents and ensure proper filing
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes and data quality

You May be a Good Fit if:

8. Degree in finance, law, data science, or a related discipline
9. Internship or work experience in the financial or legal sector
10. Superior proofreading and editing skills, with strong attention to detail
11. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
12. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects
13. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex documents and summarise their contents clearly

14. Experience in a financial, legal, or data-focused environment
15. Exposure to high-yield or leveraged finance markets and legal documentation
16. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex documents
17. Familiarity with document management systems or AI-based data extraction tools
18. Ability to create clear documentation, data dictionaries, or process guides
19. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data, content, and compliance specialists
20. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
