Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 9am-5pm, 5 days per week Includes 2 Saturdays each month, with a weekday off on those weeks. 40 hours a week

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in a busy retail store. An interest in working with mechanical products or hands-on equipment would be a real advantage, as the role involves supporting customers with practical, product-related queries.
Responsibility of the Customer Service Assistant:
Assist customers in selecting suitable mobility equipment.
Handle phone inquiries promptly and proactively.
Demonstrate equipment, including lifting items into car boots.
Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service.
Showing patience and understanding when dealing with customers, many of whom are elderly or disabled.

Patience and empathy, especially when assisting elderly or disabled individuals.
Physical ability to handle and demonstrate mobility equipment.
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour, even when managing multiple tasks or challenging situations.
Preferred experience in customer service, shopkeeping, or care work, but not necessary.
