Job Title: Care Home Manager Reports To: Operations Manager Location: Norwich, Norfolk About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home. This is a leadership role requiring a compassionate, driven individual who can ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong operational and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and direction to the care home team, fostering a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, and strive toward achieving Outstanding ratings. Oversee the financial performance of the home, managing budgets effectively to meet targets. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to maintain full occupancy and promote services. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for all residents. Skills and Experience Proven experience managing a nursing or residential care home. Strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving high ratings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to manage a successful care home operation. Passion for delivering person-centred care and driving continuous improvement. Ability to contribute to the growth and development of care services.
