Balanced Schedule : We have a shift pattern of working a double day shift - 2 week at 06.00am-14.00pm and then 2 weeks at 14.00pm-22.00pm, giving you more time for yourself. Job Purpose To be a key hygiene team member, delivering the required hygiene standards for the site. Have a strong focus on colleague safety and product quality. Job Role Identify, rectify, and report production issues that may affect process performance, product quality or team member health & safety to facilitate further investigation and root cause analysis. Conduct visual inspection of processing equipment to ensure finished standards are met and no issues have been found that could affect operational food safety or quality. Setup the line / area for production ensuring all the following is available / controls for working safely, hygiene standards, machines, parts, tools & labour and conduct product / process changeovers as specified in changeover SOP's. Document hygiene sign off records when machinery has been cleaned to the correct standard.
