This role is ideal for someone who wants to broaden their experience beyond a single school setting and make a real impact on SEND provision.* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including Speech and Language Leads, Enhanced Provisions Lead, and Behaviour & Belonging Lead.* Coach and mentor SENDCos and school teams to strengthen inclusive practice.* Enjoy a workable weekly schedule, combining on-site support with the option for some remote working.* Gain experience in a school support role while contributing to strategic SEND development.We are seeking an adaptable SENDCO, ideally with experience in both primary and secondary settings.
