Sales Coordinator\n📍 Location: Knutsford\n📅 Permanent, Full-Time\n\nHoward James Recruitment are excited to be working with a growing and dynamic business who are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join their busy sales desk.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth dispatch of goods worldwide.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Deliver excellent customer service, acting as the main point of contact for enquiries.\n\n * \n\n Handle incoming calls and emails, and follow up on customer quotes.\n\n * \n\n Build strong relationships with customers, freight providers, and distributors.\n\n * \n\n Obtain freight quotes for air, sea, and road shipments.\n\n * \n\n Prepare sales documentation, commercial invoices, and dispatch paperwork.\n\n * \n\n Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment.\n\n * \n\n Input and manage sales orders, pricing, and account details using Sage or similar systems.\n\n * \n\n Track shipments and provide after-sales support.\n\n * \n\n Produce daily reports and contribute to team meetings.\n\n * \n\n Support marketing activity such as mailers and customer contact list creation.\n\n * \n\n Collaborate with the Sales Director to help drive orders and explore new business opportun...
