What you will do
* Build meaningful relationships with children and young people, gaining their trust and engagement.
* Deliver specialist care and placement planning within the Children in Care and Looked After Children teams.
* Identify, assess, and manage risk while ensuring appropriate and stable placements.
* Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to deliver holistic care plans.
* Maintain comprehensive records, ensuring accountability and clear care trajectories.
* Ensure all actions are in line with legal and statutory frameworks.
What we’re looking for
* To thrive in this role, candidates must:
* Have at least three years of post-qualification experience
* Be HCPC-registered
* Be car drivers with access to a vehicle, enabling swift, responsive care delivery across the city
