Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. * Drive continuous improvement in line with Independent School Standards and Ofsted frameworks. * Oversee HR processes, including staff development and performance management. * Uphold robust safeguarding practices as Designated Safeguarding Lead. * Manage the effective deployment of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff. * Foster strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals. * Champion a therapeutic and personalised approach to education that places the student at the centre. You will: * Have proven leadership experience with a track record of driving school improvement. * Be an experienced Senior Leader (Deputy or Assistant Head) ready to take the next step. * Demonstrate a deep understanding of SEND, the SEND Code of Practice, and complex learning needs. * Be confident in leading safeguarding, curriculum development and staff training. * Be skilled in promoting high standards for behaviour, attendance, and inclusion. * Bring experience from an independent or alternative provision setting.
