If this is you, then we have a role for you! About the Role We are recruiting an Information Governance Officer. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of day to day Information Governance services to external fee-paying clients. Specifically, your responsibilities will be split between: Processing Subject Access Requests (SARs) and applying redactions as necessary. An eye for detail, and good personal skills are essential for processing SARs and liaising with clients. Ideally you will have experience with applying exemptions under the Data Protection Act 2018. Monitoring queries that come in, logging them, acknowledging them and responding to lower level queries which include general advice, how to recover from data breaches, advising on risk assessments (DPIAs), data sharing, assurance and contractual measures covering data processors. About You Ideally, we are looking for individuals who have a background in Information Governance, including those with Data Protection, FOI/EIR, Information Security, or Records Management experience. However, we welcome applications from those with good administration skills and a passion and drive in this ever-expanding area of work.
