Location: Selby
Pay Rate: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: February 2026 or sooner
GSL Education are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support secondary pupils in an SEMH-focused setting in the Selby area.

Behaviour Mentor Responsibilities
* Provide pastoral and emotional support
* Mentor pupils with behavioural needs
* Support attendance and engagement
* Work closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams
* Encourage positive choices and resilience
Requirements
* Experience in mentoring or pastoral roles
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Understanding of SEMH needs
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
