Responsibilities
* Exceed customer expectations, build long-term relationships and consistently deliver on promises.
* Develop skills towards future management roles with support for progression and training.
* Engage with customers face to face, on the telephone and across video platforms; ability to connect via social media is advantageous.
* Communicate clearly and effectively in writing to influence and sell via email; maintain high levels of organisation.
* Use passion for vehicles to inspire customers and colleagues, building trust and credibility with first-hand product knowledge.
Requirements
* Full clean UK driving licence is required.
* Confidence, courtesy, consideration, strong organisational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to communicate across multiple channels (in person, telephone, video, email) and to leverage social media where appropriate.
