Benoy’s Architecture team are seeking creative and experienced Architects / Architectural Designers to join them on a 6 month fixed-term basis. As an Architect you manage mid-scale, or aspects of large-scale architectural projects in the mixed-use, transport, commercial, residential and retail projects through all aspects of design and development. What we’re looking for Strong Revit user in a commercial practice structure. Technically savvy, with track record of working on mid to large scale projects. 3-5 years’ experience in later stage project delivery is essential. Must be able to produce architectural packages with minimum supervision. Must be able to produce presentations and reports for external stakeholders. Do you have good hand-sketching skills to convey your design ideas and concepts? Are you able to work collaboratively, or with autonomy as required? Are you a strong communicator, you effectively engage internal and external stakeholders? Do you have excellent 3D modelling skills and are proficient in Rhino and SketchUp? Are you degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification? Professional registration is preferred. Aviation experience desirable. Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development. Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills. Manage third parties according to the parameters of the project. Team Membership Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities. Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback. Client Relationships. Respond positively towards clients and consultants. Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required. Budget Control Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.
