Delivery Manager – P&C Insurance

Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex insurance programs. The role involves client management, cross-functional leadership, risk and financial governance, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning, execution, and delivery of P&C insurance projects.
* Own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality governance.
* Act as primary client contact; manage expectations and communications.
* Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (PMs, BAs, Dev, QA).
* Monitor financials, profitability, and delivery KPIs.
* Drive risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and compliance.
* Support RFI/RFP responses, maturity assessments, and test strategies.
Must Have
* Bachelor’s degree; PMP/CSM/Insurance certifications preferred.
* 15+ years in project/delivery management
* Strong P&C Insurance experience .
* Strong domain knowledge (policy admin, products, regulations).
* Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex programs.
* Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Good to Have
* INS21/24, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma certifications.
