An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-to-senior level Employment Associate to join a leading firm in central London.

The Team
The employment team advises domestic and international businesses on a wide variety of employment law matters. The team regularly works on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional projects. The London group is part of a broader global practice known for handling complex and strategic employment issues for well-known multinational clients.
The Role
This is a varied role involving:
* Advising on international employment and HR compliance matters
* Supporting cross-border M&A and restructuring projects
* Counselling multinational employers on the full employee lifecycle - from hiring and contracts to terminations and post-employment obligations
* Contributing to strategic advisory projects across multiple jurisdictions
* TUPE and related matters
You will be working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-quality, international-facing work across a broad client base.
The Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* 3+ years' post-qualification experience in employment law
* A mix of advisory and transactional employment experience, as well as some contentious matters
