Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Viewing Guide. This is a full-time, permanent position with our Lettings Team based in central Worthing. The standard work week is Monday to Thursday 8:45am-6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm. The salary ranges from £21,000 - £23,000, plus commission, with an OTE of £25,000-£27,000 in your first year.

* Conducting viewings across a wide range of rental properties from flats to family homes
* Identifying ideal potential tenants and ensuring they are matched to the perfect property
* Promoting our range of products and services designed to enhance the renting experience for tenants
* Working to KPIs and performance based targets in partnership with the wider Lettings Team, adhering to a sales-focussed and results-driven mindset
* Execute viewings with an exceptional standard of professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
* Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at fostering natural business expansion.
* Manage all facets of appointment coordination, encompassing pre-appointment confirmations and the systematic collection of post-appointment feedback.
