We are working with a respected and growing organisation seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.
Your New RoleAs Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the site office and oversee the day-to-day management and smooth running of operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the office is well-organised, compliant, and efficient, supporting both the project team and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage office administration processes and ensure compliance
* Oversee diary management, meeting coordination, and travel bookings
* Maintain office facilities, equipment, and consumables
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for meetings and events
* Support health & safety administration, including fire drills and PPE management
* Assist with reporting, document control, and confidential information handling
* Coordinate community engagement activities and client visits
* Manage invoices and receipting through ERP systems
* Provide day-to-day support to the Project Director and wider team
