What You’ll Do
* Drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service.
* Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in store processes.
* Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
* Lead talent management, including recruiting, training, engagement, and development.
* Collaborate with the store leadership team to build a high-performing environment with a promote-from-within philosophy.
Qualifications
* Bachelor\'s Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
* Fluency in English
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
* Team-building skills
* Self-starter with drive to achieve results
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
